Andrew Frawley founded Loyola Capital Advisors in 2023. Andrew has over 30 years of capital markets and investment banking experience, across a broad array of industries and products, including public and private equity, debt capital markets / advisory and M&A.
Before founding Loyola Capital Partners, Andrew was a Senior Managing Director of Huntington Capital Markets and Group Head of Loan Syndications, Loan Sales & Trading and Junior Capital. Prior to Huntington, Andrew worked at Key Banc Capital Markets in the M&A Group and in Debt Capital Markets / Loan Syndications. Prior to Key Bank, Andrew worked in M&A and Private Capital for Wachovia Securities in Charlotte, NC, and Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown in Baltimore, MD / New York, NY and was a CPA with Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Andrew is FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licensed and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Board participation includes roles as President of the Board of Directors for Zelie’s Home in Cleveland, OH and a Founding Board Member and Treasurer of the Sacred Story Institute in Houston, TX. Andrew has a BA from Georgetown University and a MBA from Indiana University.
Andrew resides in Shaker Heights, OH, with his wife Amita and three children.
